On every anniversary of your membership you receive 1,000 base points, multiplied by your status. Milestone anniversaries add a loyalty bonus.

Redeem points in full or with a cash top-up. 100 points equal €1 of reward value.

Each anniversary brings base points. At milestone anniversaries the ring turns gold and you receive an extra bonus.

Who can take part in Lumen?
All members of Rationelle Arztpraxis e.V. Taking part is free. Activate your account once with your member number and email address.
When do points expire?
Depending on your status after 36 to 48 months at year end. In Platinum they never expire. We remind you in good time.
What data do partners receive about me?
None, as long as you do not link a partner account. Once linked, the partner only sends date, amount and booking reference to Lumen. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Is there an app?
The member area works in any smartphone browser. A native app uses the same interface and will follow.
